A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 25, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) around 12:30 on February 25, 2020, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the Ulsan-gun B apartment parking lot to the front road of the D Hospital located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, through the D Hospital located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, without obtaining a driver’s license for approximately 150 meters portion of G New franchise XG car without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. No owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant, who was a holder of G New Tour XG car, operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving a G New Tour XG car.

On February 21, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car on February 21, 2020, and proceeded from the entrance side of the Ulsan-gun apartment to the parking lot room, and parked the above car.

At night, many vehicles are parked in the above parking lot, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the vehicle by reporting the location of the surrounding vehicle to the person engaged in driving service.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to park the said car, which was parked on the passage of the said parking lot due to the negligence of the Defendant, brought the part of the victim H which was parked in the said parking lot due to the driver’s negligence, which was the front front of the driver’s seat of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant damaged a passenger car owned by the victim due to the above occupational negligence, which is equivalent to KRW 703,044,00,000.

4. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant is the owner of G New franchise XG car.

No person shall buy mandatory insurance.
