1. The Defendant shall pay to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff KRW 30,312,427 and KRW 27,387,548 from November 29, 2019.

1. Determination on the claims of the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor

A. On May 29, 2020, the Plaintiff’s Intervenor succeeded to the indication of the claim acquired the claim from the Plaintiff as indicated in the annexed claim grounds.

(b) Judgment by service based on which recognition is applicable (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

2. The plaintiff's claim determination is sought against the defendant for the payment of the claim indicated in the attached Form. However, according to the evidence Nos. 4 and 5, the plaintiff's claim is acknowledged to have been brought to the plaintiff's succeeding intervenor during the lawsuit of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is without merit.
