Criminal facts

1. From February 2015, the victim C (the age of 15 at that time) who is a juvenile in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a quasi-indecent act by compulsion in relation to relatives) was living together with the Defendant, etc., who is a major baby in Dondo-gun, a house located in the Republic of Korea.
