Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant participated in the meeting of the Korean Metal Workers' Association D&D members, which was held in Seoul Sejong on November 14, 2015.

1. With respect to any assembly or demonstration which is unable to maintain the order in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act, the chief of the competent police station may demand voluntary dispersion within a considerable time, and may order dispersion unless complying with such demand; and

From November 14, 2015 to 18:30 on November 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) held an assembly that considerably goes beyond the scope of reporting and cannot maintain order by occupying the street transit line before Korea or a hotel; (b) received the first dispersion order issued by the chief of Seoul Southern Police Station (the Chief of Guard) who is the meeting police station having jurisdiction over the assembly at around 15:40 on the same day; and (c) received an order of dispersion at least six times on the same day by not later than 16:31 on the same day; and (d) failed to comply with it and to dissolve.

2. The Defendant: (a) left the place of assembly reported as stated in paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) occupied the general road by holding an assembly.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles and horses on the land.
