A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 30, 2015, the Defendant signed the “C” and the “C” in its name on the product name column at the net point of MaG non-life insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was located in the Macheon-dong, Macheon-si, the Defendant signed the “C” and the “C” in its name on the insurance subscription form printed in advance into the column of insurance period, “15 years” and “35,000 won” in the basic insurance premium column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of “insurance subscription” in the name of “A”, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, was placed in the event of the pertinent investigation document, to an employee who is not aware of the name of the said MG non-life insurance without knowledge of the forgery.

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised the above forged insurance subscription form as if it were duly formed.
