Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Central District Court on January 25, 2017, and was sentenced to two years of probation on February 2, 2017, and the probation period becomes final and conclusive on February 2, 2017.
[Basic Facts] From the time of elementary school to the present time, the Defendant had access to a minor male who does not seem to have same-sex orientations through social network services (SNS), such as C, and had the intent to make an abnormal sexual act, such as sexual intercourse with minors, anusology, the mouth, sexual intercourse, and the study, etc., responding to the solicitation that “on the basis of sexual harassment (Defendant) would be made by sexually abusing or advising the old times by pretending himself as a “save,” etc., after having a sense of view.”

1. No person shall induce any child or youth to buy sex or solicit any child or youth to buy sex in order to instigate such child or youth or to buy sex, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. The Defendant: (a) urged the victim D (15) who is a child or juvenile that he/she became aware of through C to sell sex to the victim D (15) for the purpose of selling sexual intercourse; (b) agreed on the victim D’s response to this agreement at the F Station’s place on March 18, 2017 through E message, etc.; and (c) induced the victims of the child or juvenile sexual intercourse by moving the victim D, the victim G (16 tax), the child or juvenile who was born, and the victim H (16 tax) to G, the victim H, and the victim H (16 tax) located in I for the purpose of the morale of the child or juvenile.
B. The Defendant: (a) urged the Victim K (16) who is a child or juvenile that he/she became aware of via C to sell the sex of the Defendant with the instant Messenger “I will sell money and tobacco for example.” (b) On July 3, 2017, the Defendant agreed on the Plaintiff’s response to this, and then, on July 3, 2017, the Defendant got the victim to grow in the future of M.
