Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on May 8, 2016.
