1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 85,413,692 to each Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 6% per annum from November 1, 2016 to August 23, 2017, respectively.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is the owner of a 261m2 in the Gu-si C, Gu-si and D 334m2, and Defendant B is the owner of a 344m2 in the Gu-si, E, and a F 24m2 in the F 24m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. On August 14, 2014, Defendant A entered into a lease agreement with G Co., Ltd. with respect to the above E, D, and F three parcels of land: KRW 100 million; and the term of lease from August 26, 2014 to August 25, 2016; the key contents thereof are as follows.

Matters of special agreement

1. The terms and conditions of the special agreement for the purpose of the model house construction shall be listed in the annexed sheet;

2. The succession to the terms of this contract is a condition under which the lessee is entrusted, and the forms and procedures designated by the Plaintiff shall be followed.

Attached Form

1. The terms and conditions of purchasing and leasing two parcels (E and F) under the responsibility of the lessor, and the deposit daily and annual rent of KRW 00,000- Value-Added Tax Map - the temporary payment terms for the remaining parcels of land are two parcels of land.

4. In the case of constructing a model house in the one-story type, the lessee is to provide the lessor with a warehouse space of up to 20 square meters, and in addition, five parking spaces in D being used by the lessor on the part of the existing lessor are to be maintained as they are.

6. Where a tenant is notified that the lease period is extended by two months before the expiration of the lease period, if necessary, the lease period shall be deemed extended by six months, and the rent shall be paid in advance by six months.

7. After the expiration of the term of office or transfer of a model house, the lessor shall have the right to the lessee first, and the lessor shall recognize it; and

8. A lessor shall consent to the establishment of chonsegwon on a deposit money of a lessee and actively cooperate therewith;

C. On August 27, 2014, the Defendants concluded a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on the instant land (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the following.
