1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s status as the Korea National Housing Corporation (the Plaintiff was merged with the Korea Land Corporation on October 1, 2009, and the Plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea National Housing Corporation; hereinafter “the Plaintiff”) constructed and sold the 470 household unit (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”).

On April 20, 2009, the Plaintiff underwent a pre-use inspection on the instant apartment, and around that time delivered the instant apartment to the buyers.

B. 1) The Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”)

The construction period was set from November 10, 2006 to April 20, 2009, and the construction works, machinery, and civil engineering works (hereinafter “instant apartment construction works”) among the new construction works of the instant apartment.

2) The construction contract of this case was entered into by the Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the construction contract of this case”).

(2) The Plaintiff contracted the construction period to Defendant International Free Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “international freezing”) and original company Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “original company”) during the construction period from December 17, 2007 to March 31, 2009.

(3) After the conclusion of the contract for the repair of defects, Defendant A performed the construction work in this case, and Defendant A’s international freezing, and original companies performed the construction work in this case, respectively. (C) The performance guarantee number of the contract for the repair of defects (the insurance period of the original type of work E 425,338,495 heading, glass, straws, water supply, turgs, turgs, metal and other construction work from April 20 to April 19, 2010 to April 19, 2010 to April 30, 2010, from April 20, 201 to April 19, 2009 to April 19, 2011, from April 20, 201 to April 19, 2011 to April 20, 201 to April 20, 201 to April 31, 2014 to April 4, 2017.
