Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven B Poter truck with approximately 15 meters of alcohol content 0.116% under the influence of alcohol, from the road adjacent to the New Gagin-Eup, Gagjin-si, Kimpo-si to the road adjacent to the Gagyang, Gagin-si, Kimpo-si.
