A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car in B bentsCS350.

On July 3, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car on July 23:25, 2013, and led to the passage of the roads in front of the Scheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si Sacheon-si, to the sacheon-do Port of the Jeju Airport.

A person engaged in the driving of motor vehicles has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the front side and the left side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive a stroke by negligence while driving the stroke, which the victim C (the age of 63) driven around the Defendant’s passenger car, was driven by the victim C (the age of 63).

As a result, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment by occupational negligence as above, brought about the injury to the victim E (here, 61) who was working on the car by franchising the car, brought about the injury to the victim E (the age 61) who was working on the car for about two weeks of medical treatment, brought about the injury to the victim F (the age 56) who was working on the car by franchising the car for about two weeks of medical treatment, and went away without taking necessary measures such as providing relief to the victim by immediately stopping the car, even though it damages the car to the amount of KRW 3,866,110 of the repair cost.
