The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff A is the owner and possessor of the second floor of reinforced concrete structure on the ground of reinforced concrete structure (hereinafter “the Plaintiff’s land”). The Plaintiff B is the Plaintiff’s spouse, who is the Plaintiff’s spouse.

B. Defendant C is the owner who is directly adjacent to the instant building and is constructing the second floor building of reinforced concrete structure on the ground of F and G (hereinafter “instant Defendant’s land”) in the Priju City (hereinafter “instant building”), and Defendant D is the manager of H in charge of constructing the said Defendant’s building.

C. The Plaintiff’s building of this case was first constructed to the northwest so as to view the Han River, and thereafter, the Defendant’s building was constructed in front of the Plaintiff’s building based on the direction of viewing the Han River in the above Plaintiff’s building.

2. Determination as to the claim

A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Plaintiffs newly built a house at a place that is good for enjoying all the life, and operated a car page in its vicinity, and constructed the Plaintiff’s building. 2) The Plaintiffs were located in the south of the Han River, thereby building the front side of the instant Plaintiff’s building to view the Han River in the house.

3) Around February 2018, Defendant C newly built the instant Defendant building in front of the instant Plaintiff’s building that was newly built by the Plaintiffs, and the said Defendant’s building was unable to view Han River from the first floor living room of the said Plaintiff’s building. 4) Even before the instant Defendant building was newly constructed, it was included in sunbeams to the end of the instant Plaintiff’s building, but thereafter, it was the end of the instant Plaintiff’s building.
