A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 29, 2016, at around 23:55, the Defendant damaged the public goods on the road of the E Hospital located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant’s friendship F was under influence of drinking at the same place, and when the Defendant’s friendship F was controlled by drinking, the Defendant’s front entrance of the G police bus parked at the same place was cut off six times, making up about five to six times the front entrance of the G police bus parked at that place, and damaged the goods used by the auxiliary public offices so as to cover KRW 50,000,000 at the repair cost.

2. On March 30, 2016, at around 01:15, the Defendant: (a) was arrested in the act of damaging public goods at the places indicated in paragraph (1); (b) was arrested in the act of causing damage to the public goods; (c) was traveling to the Daegu North Korean Police Station located in the 100-gu, Daegu North Korean Police Station; and (d) was placed in front of the police station located in the 10-gu, Daegu North Korean Police Station; and (c) was removed from H, Ha, Ha, J, one day, K, etc.; and (d) was removed from H, Ha, Ha, K, etc.; and (e) was spited three times the back water of K; and (e) took five times the back water of J with the back water of K.

The Defendant continued to use his knee L, which belongs to the police station in Daegu, while moving from the police bus to the office of the above police bus, assaulted twice the knee of the knee in the knee of the knee of the knee in Daegu Police Station.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.
