A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) and a violation of public goods at the Daegu District Court on April 6, 2018 and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 6, 2018.

1. 2. On May 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (driving), etc. at the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on the same support on May 19, 2010 and sentenced to a fine of 8,00,000 won for the same crime, etc. at the Daegu District Court on July 4, 2013.
