Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for bodily injury at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on February 17, 2016.

[2016 Highest 1028] On April 1, 2016, the Defendant requested the victim E to be hospitalized after receiving medical treatment from the victim E, who is a doctor at the D Emergency Hospital in the Busan Suwon-gu, Busan, but was rejected on the ground that he was unable to be hospitalized in the state of under the influence of alcohol from the injured party. B, the Defendant was raised why the nurse in the relevant place was dysted to be hospitalized in the crys, hys, hys, and gys.

In doing so, the victim took a bath, and re-afford the victim, and obstructed the victim's duty of treatment by force by avoiding about 20 minutes of disturbance, such as frien gue, nita, nita, and hume.

[206] On April 1, 2016, the Defendant took a 100:00 p.m. from the victim’s “H” point of the victim’s G operation located in Busan Southern-gu to refrain from singing on the ground that the price for singing pockets was not paid, and the Defendant took a bath to the victim that “the victim would not sing and singing in the opening of a day-to-day and in the opening of a money.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by force by avoiding disturbances for about 10 minutes, including the following:

[2016 Highest 2263] On August 1, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the work concerning the emergency service of the hospital of the victims by force for about 15 minutes, including 58 years old, the victim K (58 years old) who is the security personnel of the emergency room, and nursing private victims L(26 years old), etc., by a threat of force, for about 15 minutes, such as breading sound while taking a bath at the Busan Southern-gu Busan-gu emergency room.
