1. The Defendant’s KRW 7,0160,00 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from May 17, 2016 to November 22, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an attorney-at-law. 2) The “C Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”)” is an organization established for the purpose of establishing a regional housing association under the Housing Act to promote the new construction of apartments by developing a lot of land, such as Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, a general residential area, and by developing a new apartment.

E was appointed as the representative of the Promotion Committee around May 21, 2014.

3) On November 24, 2014, a promotion committee held an inaugural general meeting for the establishment of the Defendant; however, E was appointed as the head of the association at its inaugural general meeting; 4) the Defendant obtained authorization to establish an association from the head of Ulsan Northern District Office on April 3, 2015.

B. On November 17, 2014, the promotion committee, the Plaintiff, the promotion committee, and the Defendant: (a) delegated the case of applying for provisional disposition against E by the U.S. District Court 2014Kahap18 to the Plaintiff; (b) delegated the case of applying for provisional disposition against E by the F to suspend the exercise of representative’s duties; and (c) paid KRW 10 million with the retainer fee and the contingent fee in KRW 40 million (hereinafter the above provisional disposition).

(2) On April 10, 2015, the lower court dismissed the application for provisional disposition of this case, and the said decision became final and conclusive around that time. (2) The Gau Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Gau Construction”) which was delegated by the Promotion Committee with the authority to sell multi-family housing units, filed an application for provisional disposition against the landowner in the Defendant’s business site by filing an application for provisional disposition against the prohibition of disposal.

On March 27, 2015, the promotion committee delegated the Plaintiff with the lawsuit against the land owners, including G, among the lawsuit claiming ownership transfer registration filed against the Plaintiff, as a principal lawsuit against the above provisional disposition. The Defendant delegated the Plaintiff with the lawsuit against the Plaintiff on May 18, 2015, including H, on May 18, 2015.

The plaintiff dealt with the promotion committee or the defendant upon delegation.
