Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an attorney-at-law. 2) The “C Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”)” is an organization established for the purpose of establishing a regional housing association under the Housing Act to promote the new construction of apartments by developing a lot of land, such as Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, a general residential area, and by developing a new apartment.

E was appointed as the representative of the Promotion Committee around May 21, 2014.

(2) The Gau Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Gau Construction”) which was delegated by the Promotion Committee with the authority to sell multi-family housing units, filed an application for provisional disposition against the landowner in the Defendant’s business site by filing an application for provisional disposition against the prohibition of disposal.

On March 27, 2015, the promotion committee delegated the Plaintiff with the lawsuit against the land owners, including G, among the lawsuit claiming ownership transfer registration filed against the Plaintiff, as a principal lawsuit against the above provisional disposition. The Defendant delegated the Plaintiff with the lawsuit against the Plaintiff on May 18, 2015, including H, on May 18, 2015.
