Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who operates a massage pool with the trade name of “CMadow” on the third floor of the building on the part of Busan Jin-gu, Busan.
No person may engage in massage for profit unless he/she is accredited as a massage, but the defendant, from October 25, 201 to December 201, 201, had the above business establishment install a massage boat and a toilet, etc. and employ an employee in the name of a massage not accredited as a massage, and received 8 to 10,000 won from the customers who found the above business establishment under the pretext of massage, and had the said employee receive 8 to 100,000 won from the customers who found the said business establishment, and let the said employee do massage by means of cutting down the fright, cutting down the fright, cutting down the fright, or enjoying the fright.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above employees for the purpose of profit-making.
