In light of various circumstances, such as the background and method of each of the instant crimes, Defendant’s act before and after the commission of each of the instant crimes, and the circumstances after the commission of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court, the Defendant was physically and mentally in a state of mental and physical loss beyond that, at the time of each of the instant crimes.
