A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving B K3 automobiles.

On March 1, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car on March 1, 2019, and led the road front of the building C in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S. to the mawal basin on the blood alcohol concentration of 0.115% under the influence of alcohol concentration.

In such a case, there was a duty of care to operate a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle by properly manipulating the operation and steering gear while living well on the front side and the left side of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting this, failed to properly operate the operation system under the influence of alcohol, shocked the back panion of the E-learning Motor Vehicle driven by the victim D (the age of 32) who was standing on the front side of the Defendant, and thereby, led the victim F (the age of 26) who was standing on the front side while driving the fright Motor Vehicle in the future.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of drinking, and suffered from the injury of the victim D, the victim F, and the victim H (the 22 years of age, female) for about two weeks of treatment.

2. On the same date as the above paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.115% from the 1km section of approximately 1km from the Do in front of the building Igdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front road of the building C.
