Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2019, at around 20:10, the Defendant demanded that the victim D (the age of 51) who was a marital relationship, was in the middle of “C” located in Gangwon-gun “C,” to put 20,000 won a written contract on the condition of divorce, but was refused. As such, the Defendant was forced to put 2,000 won a part of the victim, which is a dangerous object, to put 2 the victim into two knife-type knife-type knife-type knife-type knife-type knife-type knife.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried a steel market folding cart, which is a dangerous thing, and assaulted the victim.
