Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a licensed real estate agent conducting real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “C Licensed Real Estate Agents,” and the Defendant is a person who purchased on July 13, 2018 the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government land and each ground building, F, and G land (hereinafter the above real estate collectively referred to as “each of the instant real estate”).
B. On May 30, 2018, the Plaintiff was requested to sell each of the instant real estate at KRW 1,698,000,000, by selling each of the instant real estate at KRW 1,698,000.
C. The Plaintiff introduced each of the instant real estate to the Defendant in early June 2018, and the Defendant paid KRW 20,000,000 to the seller on June 14, 2018.
The seller of each real estate of this case expressed to the Plaintiff the intent that it is difficult to conclude a sales contract by having different opinions from the Plaintiff.
E. On July 13, 2018, the Defendant, separately contacted with the seller, concluded a sales contract of KRW 1,777,300,000 for each of the instant real estate (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 28, 2018.

The Plaintiff alleged that the Plaintiff introduced each of the instant real estate to the Defendant, and the Defendant actually acted as a broker by paying KRW 20 million to the seller as the provisional contract deposit. The Defendant concluded the instant sales contract directly with the seller, excluding the Plaintiff’s own.
The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 15,282,00,000 equivalent to the amount of the estimated purchase price of each real estate of this case equivalent to the brokerage fee of KRW 1,698,00,000 for the purchase price of each real estate of this case.
