On May 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 01:59 on May 26, 2013, the bus stops in front of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu 5 commercial apartment complex shopping complex; (b) received 112 reports and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties on the ground that the slope D, belonging to the C District, dispatched to the site, has broken himself.
