1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 2,111,68,823 to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from July 10, 2014 to September 21, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff, as an insurance company mainly engaged in marine insurance, commerce, etc., concluded a cargo insurance contract with respect to the “Acrylonriri” of chemicals loaded on the Plaintiff’s vessel (“Plaintiff”) listed in the [Attachment 1 List, as an insurance company that mainly engages in marine insurance, commercial, etc.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant insurance contract.” The Defendant is a shipbuilding company engaged in building, repair, etc. of a ship, and is the buildinger of a ship “A or B” (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant ship”) listed in attached Table 2.

When the Defendant applied for a temporary navigation inspection for the trial operation of the Defendant’s vessel to the Ulsan Regional Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office (hereinafter referred to as the “Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office”), the Defendant along the south Sea and the East Sea, including the coastal sea area, and ① 36.30 degrees north latitude and 129.30 degrees east longitude, ② 36.30 degrees east latitude and 130 degrees east longitude, ③ 34.30 degrees east latitude and 130 degrees east longitude, ④ 33.00 degrees east latitude, 33.0 degrees east longitude, 127.30 degrees east longitude, and 50 minutes east longitude, 6.0 degrees east longitude and 6.0 degrees east longitude, and 126.0 degrees east longitude and 126.30 minutes east.

On December 26, 2013, the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Agency: (a) on December 28, 2013, from December 28, 2013 to January 2, 2014; (b) the area of navigation, which was partially excluded from the above navigation zone upon the Defendant’s request, designated as the area of navigation ① the area of north latitude 36.30 degrees 30 degrees east 130 degrees east 130 degrees 00; (c) the area of north latitude 35.20 degrees east 35 degrees east 129.45 degrees east 20 degrees east; (d) the area of north latitude 33.25 degrees east east east 127.30 minutes east east 127.30 minutes east east 34.30 degrees easteast 130 easteast 130 east 7. 36 degrees east 30 east east 20 east 30 east east 1.
