Criminal History (Defendant B) Defendant and Victim A (25 years of age), and Victim C (28 years of age) are pro-friendly and live together with “E” on the first floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D underground.

1. Around August 15, 2019, at around 22:55, the Defendant suffered special injury to the victim C, the Defendant was assaulted by A from the “E” located on the fourth underground floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 1st century, and the victim C (the age of 28) tried to go back to A, but the victim C gets the body of the Defendant in good hands and was in dangerous things to let the victim knife his/her hand, and caused injury to the victim, including a beer who was on the table of the table, for about six weeks of medical treatment.
