Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:15, on the street in front of the Seongdongdong Industries of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, and operated a car volume without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 4 km section to the front street of the 13-day Sinsan-si, Annsan-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 13 km.
