No person shall publish any false information about a candidate, his/her spouse, lineal ascendant or descendant, or sibling, in a manner unfavorable to the candidate through a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or other means, with the intention of prohibiting him/her from being elected.

Nevertheless, the Defendants published false facts as to F candidates and their lineal descendants with the aim of preventing F candidates from being elected in E-market elections held on May 4, 2014, which were held on June 4, 2014, and attempted to damage F candidates’ honor.

F F F F Ffffh, F F F F F F F F Fffhs’s female workers, and F F F Ffhs’s female employees who moved to the Sphthy, and was sent to the Defendant’s cell phone staff, and the Defendant’s cell phone text messages to the Defendant, including the Defendant’s 2, 200 U.K., and the Defendant’s Do governor’s Do governor, by using the aforesaid U.K’s mobile phone text messages.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act on June 4, 2014.
