The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the court of first instance, which maintained the reasoning of the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of the Defendants’ violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act on December 5, 201, obstruction of the performance of official duties, injury to general traffic, and obstruction of general traffic on the grounds stated in its reasoning, among the charges of this case against the Defendants. In so doing, the court below did not err by misapprehending the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on general traffic obstruction and obstruction

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
