1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) KRW 828,912 and its related amounts, September 2015.

However, on November 10, 2015, the Plaintiff reduced the starting date of claiming unjust enrichment equivalent to monthly rent from May 1, 2015 to September 1, 2015, as follows: ① the starting date of claiming unjust enrichment from KRW 828,912 to “from May 1, 2015 to the day after the written complaint is served”; ② the interest rate for claiming unjust enrichment from “20% per annum per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings”; ② the starting date of claiming unjust enrichment equivalent to monthly rent from “from May 1, 2015 to September 1, 2015” respectively.
