The appeal is dismissed.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court rejected the grounds of appeal as to the mistake of facts by determining that the Defendant demanded a bribe in connection with his duties to H and that he threatened the victimJ.

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, etc.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
