A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant would be able to purchase a vehicle with a loan to B, and he purchased a vehicle with a vehicle purchase fund borrowed in the name of B, and thought that he will collect it.

On April 19, 2013, the Defendant purchased the NAS E vehicle at the Hyundai Automobile D agency located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul, and had the said B purchase the NAS E vehicle and operate the actual vehicle and applied for the loan as if the payment was made normally.
