A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 2, 2016, in order to prepare a living expense between the Defendant and Defendant C, Defendant C posted a letter on the Internet trading sites of high-speed goods, such as a luxter, a middle and high-class country, etc., on which the Defendant and Defendant C conspired to acquire money in the name of sales proceeds by deceiving those who reported the sales of goods as if they sell the goods normally.
On December 26, 2016, Defendant C conspired with Defendant C, posted a letter to sell 7 mobile phone calls, which is an Internet goods transaction site, in collusion with Defendant C around December 26, 2016, and sold 2 mobile phone calls to Defendant D, who reported this fact.
A false statement was made.
However, the defendant and the defendant C did not intend to send a portable telephone even if they receive the price of goods from the injured party.
In the end, as above, the Defendant and the Defendant C received from the injured party on the same day the remittance of KRW 1,330,000 as the sales proceeds through the corporate bank account (number: E) in the name of the Defendant A.
In addition, the defendant and the defendant C received 3,400,000 won in total from the time until January 14, 2017 through 10 times, such as the [Attachment Table Nos. 1 to 10 [Attachment Table No. 1], and acquired them by deceiving victims as the sales proceeds.
