Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (State)C in 105 and is an employer who runs security service business using eight regular workers.

The Defendant did not pay the retirement allowance of KRW 1,241,276 to E, working at the site of D building in Namyang-si, from August 1, 2010 to December 22, 201, within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of occurrence of the cause for payment, without agreement between the parties to the case of extension of the due date for payment.
