Punishment of the crime

In other words, a person who intends to operate a spot-sale manufacturing and processing business shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

From the end of February 2017 to March 8, 2017, the Defendant, without filing a report, placed one ton truck within C in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and found the place thereof, sold soil and coffee equivalent to the average of KRW 20,000 per day to customers, and operated stone-sale manufacturing and processing business.
