Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven B Poter cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.078% alcohol level from the 4km section to the apartment complex of approximately 0.078%, which is located in the Yansan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yan-gu, Yan-si, Yan-si, Jeonju-si, Seoul, to the end of the apartment complex, around 15:45, 2016.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving vehicle B.

On January 10, 2016, the Defendant continued to move back from the entrance of the apartment complex 3 complex located in the Pungsan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Jeonju-si on January 15, 2016 to the exit of the apartment.

At this point, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering and brake system for those engaged in driving of motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so under the influence of alcohol as stated in Paragraph 1, and neglected to do so, and neglected to do so, due to negligence, the Defendant received C (M, 78 years old and 75 years old) and D (15 years old) from the back of the above vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the victim C suffers losses, losses, and other open standing positions in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and knee’s knee’s knee, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment from the victim D.
