A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person running an amusement business affecting the public morals in violation of the Act on the Regulation of Amusement Businesses Affecting the Public Morals, shall not allow, arrange, or provide any obscene act at a place where the person conducts the amusement business affecting the public morals, but the defendant, from July 15, 2012 to August 20, 2012, operated the term “kisp” under the trade name, i.e., the amusement business affecting the public morals, during the operation of the name, i., e., the full-time city C during the period from July 15, 2012, caused six persons, such as a single person D, who received KRW 70,00 and KRW 40,000, and who are female employees, to engage in an obscene act by inducing the customers to kis and ties with their sexual organ, or by inducing them to sck the conditions of scirizing their sexual organ by hand.
2. Although a person violating the Employment Security Act was prohibited from recruiting workers for the purpose of having them find a job for obscene activities, the Defendant recruited approximately six female employees, including one name D, for the purpose of having them do an obscene act as described in paragraph (1), by using a computer from June 19, 2012 to August 15, 2012.
3. On August 20, 2012, around 16:50 on August 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported that sexual traffic is engaged in, or is engaged in, business by employing the minors; and (b) attached a victim E (the age 42) who is a slope belonging to the life safety of the Jeonjunan Police Station and the living order division, who was called up to control the sexual traffic in one room of the said Ckis bank; (c) was in order to take a photograph by reporting that the victim E (the age 42) goes away from her will and her panty kis, who is a male guest and female employee; and (d) the victim was able to take a photograph by her hand to prevent this.
Among these, the escape out of the above key room is the process in which the victim gets the customer to the above key room and confirm the site.
