A is the third largest child of the victim D(n, 17 years old) and the defendant B is the first largest child of the victim.

1. The Defendant: (a) stated that the victim was found alone in his residence in order to learn a computer; (b) stated that the victim’s sexual intercourse with another’s age would not easily resist the victim; or (c) did not report the fact of damage, and (d) decided to rape the victim.

A.
