1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 253,822,315 and KRW 4,898,731 among the Defendants.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. According to the facts that there is no dispute between the parties to the facts of recognition, and according to the overall purport of the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including the number of each branch number), and the whole pleadings, the Industrial Bank of Korea has lent each of the money indicated in the "first loan amount" column (hereinafter "the above loan") to the defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the defendant A") from March 30, 201 to October 10, 2014, and the defendant Eul has jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan, and the Industrial Bank of Korea transferred each of the loans of this case and the bonds incidental thereto (hereinafter "bonds, etc. of this case") to the plaintiff on March 29, 2016, and around that time, the defendants received the notice of assignment of claims, and the principal and interest of the loan of this case as of November 4, 2016 as shown in the following table.

B. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendants jointly and severally received the claims for the loans, etc. of this case, as to KRW 253,822,315 and KRW 4,898,731 of the loan principal as of August 14, 2013, the Defendants are obligated to pay 10.4% per annum from November 5, 2016 to December 15, 2016, the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, and KRW 217,40,392 of the remaining principal of the loan (= KRW 6,956,892, KRW 80,43,500, KRW 130,000,000 from the date following the date of delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case to the date of payment, each of the agreed interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 5, 2016 to the date of delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case.
