Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM3 car.

On August 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car on August 13:25, 2019, and led the Myeonk-ro in front of the Dan Chang-gun, North Chang-gun, to proceed from the parking lot of the hospital E.

There is a duty of care to drive safely according to the direction of progress, in order to proceed to the above side roads, the two-way roads consisting of the two-way roads connected to the ancient-ro roads, and the two-way roads are installed with the center line of yellow-ro lines, and there was a duty of care to drive safely according to the direction of progress.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so, and got the front portion of the victim G G(58 years of age)’s H bargaining car running from the F to the station in accordance with the direction of progress due to negligence committed by the central line, thereby overcoming it, received the front portion of the said SM3 car from the right side.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim G, who is a driver of the above-learning passenger car due to the above occupational negligence, such as light fat, etc. in need of treatment for about 2 weeks, and injury to the victim I (the son, the 49-year old-age), such as a baton between the right upper frame and the right upper frame necessary for treatment for about 11 weeks.
