A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2012, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of D C, driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on December 14:58, 2012, and was driving the said car along the two-lane road in front of Friju restaurant located in Friju-gu, Busan.
