1. The Defendant was a person who was seeking to operate “B”, a company specializing in R&D and annually, and was unable to obtain a loan from a financial institution in bad credit standing, and was unable to pay for the purpose of the artificial construction cost in the above workplace, and was in a situation where the foregoing workplace was unable to pay rental deposit and monthly rent because it was unable to attract investment money, and thus there was no intention or ability to operate the above company properly.

On March 1, 2017, the Defendant concluded that “B” offices located in the third floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building on March 1, 2017, at the “B,” the Defendant would open the victim “B around April 2017. The annual conference would be expected to proceed at least 50 items in the minimum month. The Defendant would be able to sell the cosmetic room in which deposit KRW 40 million would be available.”

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 40 million on the same day as the deposit money for beauty room occupants from the victim.

B. On June 6, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E, a member of the “F” office at the above “B” office that “I would allow the victim E, a member of the “F, to make 300,000 won of the down payment in front of the day desired.”

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 300,000 from the victim as the down payment, received KRW 300,000 from the victim as the down payment, from August 2017 to the end of August 2017, and received a credit card payment or remittance and acquired property gains.

C. On June 13, 2017, the Defendant against the victim G said that “A” store in the “I” store of the victim’s operation located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, would pay the victim the price by June 30, 2017, if the Plaintiff supplied the main supplies to be used for the annual conference.”
