A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person driving a Bsch Rexton car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, needs to provide approximately two-day medical treatment to the victim C, to the victim I (V, 14 years old) who is the passenger of the victim C driving vehicle, and to provide approximately two-day medical treatment to the victim E.
