1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 70,000,00 and 15% per annum from December 12, 2018 to May 31, 2019.

The facts such as the description of the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 70 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 12, 2018 to May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum under the same Act from the next day to the day of full payment.

As to this, the Defendants asserted to the effect that they paid the amount equivalent to some interest, but there is no evidence to support the assertion.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is legitimate, and it is decided to accept it.
