1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A and B each of the KRW 45,690,157, Plaintiff C, D, and E, respectively, and each of the said KRW 1,00,000 and each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant is a legal entity that carries on the manufacturing business of refining flash, and the network F (hereinafter “the network”) is in charge of production and shipment by joining the Defendant as a production-based employee.

Plaintiff
A and B are the parents of the deceased, and the plaintiffs C, D, and E are the occupants of the deceased.
B. The Deceased’s work-type 1) served as a three-party class system at the beginning of his employment, but from June 2013, the Deceased worked as a two-party class system from around 12:00 to 24:00 on a day. The working hours were 12:00 to 13:00 on a day (on a day from 12:0 to 13:00 on a day from 18:00 to 19:00 on a day from 24:00 on a night duty, from 24:00 to 12:00 on a day from 09:0 on a day (on a day from 08:00 to 00 on a day from 09:0 on a day). C. On May 10, 2015, the Deceased’s death went to work and finished the mechanical cleaning work at around 12:00, and was used in a toilet at the office room located in the Defendant’s workplace on May 10, 2015, and died during the transfer to H hospital located in the Hadong-gun, Hanam-dong G.
The direct death of the deceased is a cardio-human shock. D.
The plaintiff A and B claimed bereaved family's benefits and funeral expenses to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service, and the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service.
