Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2012, while the defendant reported a marriage on January 28, 1993 and reported a marriage on January 28, 1993, the victim filed a divorce lawsuit with the Changwon District Court (Songwon District Court) and the defendant filed a divorce lawsuit against this on December 27, 2012 and is currently pending a divorce lawsuit.

At around 19:30 on December 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) parked a victim’s car on the road near the Donsan-do, Donsan-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) parked the victim’s car next to it and is waiting for the victim to arrive. At around 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant tried the victim to board the said Gunn-do car as “if the victim has come to walk, wherever any, and where they come to go.” while the victim was refused, the Defendant wanted the victim to board the said Gunn-do car, which would turn back the victim’s car one time from the victim’s back to the Gunn-do; and (c) cut off the victim’s arms and waited, so far as it is hard to sell.

The Defendant continued to get the victim to board the said rocketing car, and continued to get out of the car, so far as the victim's arms are so cut down, sold to drink and breast, etc.

As a result, the defendant suffered multiple gamblings that need to be treated for about three weeks.
