Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2015, around 15:08, the Defendant changed tobacco to the victim D (years 51 and inn) within the C cafeteria located in Mapo-si B, Mapo-si, but the victim expressed that “it is impossible to reduce tobacco in a non-smoking area”, and expressed the victim’s desire to read “the victim’s face at the same time,” as “the victim’s right hand,” and used the victim’s face at one consecutive time with the victim’s right hand.
