1. As to the Defendant Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 1,195,176,566, and KRW 500,000,000 among the Plaintiff, the amount of KRW 1,195,176,56.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is an autonomous management body consisting of representatives of occupants for the management of 8, Dong-dong 994 households, an aggregate building in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the Plaintiff is an apartment building, which is an aggregate building in B (hereinafter “instant apartment”). (2) The Defendant Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) is an executor who sells the instant apartment, and Pyeongtaek Chang-gu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul Chang-gu”) is a construction contractor who constructed the instant apartment by being awarded a contract from the Defendant Co., Ltd. for the construction of the instant apartment.

(B) A corporation established pursuant to the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, which has entered into a contract for the repair of defects for the apartment of this case with the Defendant company.
