A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “When he produces Finland (Pin-jg materials used for supporting ships) to the victim, he/she may supply it to an overseas export or domestic shipbuilding yard.”

However, even if the defendant receives expenses from the injured party, there was no intention or ability to allow the injured party to export the Pinland produced by the injured party or to deliver it to a domestic shipbuilding yard.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and obtained 1,00,000 won from the victim for the purpose of expenses and acquired it through deception, and around that time, the Defendant acquired 7,20,000 won in total through the above six times from February 12, 2014, as shown in the List of Crimes.

2. On January 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered a private document forgery; (b) the private document forgery; (c) the use of the computer in the name and specification column; (d) “4300”; (c) “125,00” in the amount column; (d) “537,500,000”; and (d) the date of the demand column “F” in the claim column; and (e) printed it into the claim column “F” in the name of “F” and printed it into the name of “F” in the name of “F” and “F” in the name of “E office without authority; and (d) presented it to the said victim, without authority, without authority, to exercise the right and duty; and (e) intended to acquire, and deliver, the same to the victim with no authority to use it; and (e) intended to obtain, and (e) to use the same at a place equivalent to, 300,300 won, and (e) to the market price of the product;

3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud is a stock company on February 3, 2014 at the above E office, and the facts are the stock company.
