A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 19:10 on May 7, 2014, the Defendant driven a Croping car under the influence of alcohol content of about 2 km from the 2km section to the road near an amusement bridge located in the art park in the same Gu, from the Gyeongyang-si Man-si 155, to the Hanyang-si 155-ro.
2. On May 7, 2014, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) and driving it on May 19:10, 201 and driving it on a one-lane road in the vicinity of the amusement bridge located in the Hanyang-gu Art Park in the Manyang-gu Arts Park at a speed of about 30 km from the inside bank of the amusement park to the inside bank of the city.
However, since there is a cornerd section of the central line, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the operation and steering gear of the motor vehicle and neglecting the central line.

(56 years old) who was on board the above UNF to take approximately 6 weeks’ working on the right side, and caused the victim F. (56 years old) to exchange the victim’s driving vehicle’s operating vehicle’s operating vehicle’s front part; and (b) caused damage to the victim’s operating vehicle’s operating vehicle’s operating vehicle’s 175 days.
