Defendant
A is an assistant officer of National Assembly member D (the Do Governor's 2nd election of the Do Governor on April 9, 2018) who is willing to run for the 7th election of the Do Governor around February 2018, Defendant B is a F reporter, G is a stock company as the head of the H public relations team, and I is a person who is elected as a candidate for E in the 7th election of the Do Governor which was implemented on June 13, 2018.
No one shall make, or have another person make contributions to, a candidate or a political party to which he/she belongs, in connection with an election of a National Assembly member, local council member, or head of a local government, or an institution, organization, or facility located outside the constituency concerned, or an institution, organization, or facility having relations with the electorate even if

The Defendants’ co-principaled Defendant A, at around 10:00 on February 10, 2018, reported to Defendant B, at the office of Defendant B located in the J on February 10, 2018, that “The gifts will be sent to the persons indicated in the list. They will be sent to the persons indicated in the list.
