Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff A (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiff A") was employed by the defendant D to perform the repair work of the church building (hereinafter referred to as "the church building of this case") of the defendant C church (hereinafter referred to as "the defendant church") as follows, and the plaintiff B (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiff B") is a person who is the legal spouse of the plaintiff A in accordance with the provisions of the Local Marriage Act.
Plaintiff
A Since February 12, 2016, he was living in the Republic of Korea as an illegal aliens. The plaintiffs' agent had already left the Republic of Korea from August 20, 2019 in the application for extension of the period of extension of the period of August 20, 2019.

B. As the roof of the instant church building needs to be entirely repaired, Defendant D and Defendant D, a roof repairer, entered into a contract for construction works on April 28, 2016 with the entirety of the instant church building repair works (hereinafter “instant construction works”) (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).
C. Defendant D employed Plaintiff A as a man and put it into the instant construction site, and had Plaintiff A work on the roof of the instant church building. On May 18, 2016, the Plaintiff was an accident where the roof of the instant church building, which occurred without checking the body weight of Plaintiff A, was crashed on the floor below approximately four meters (hereinafter “instant accident”).
As a result of the instant accident, Plaintiff A had a major head on the right side at the chair’s mother in the instant church building, and immediately forwarded to E Hospital and performed brain opening and removal of blood species, but suffered from an injury to two parts of the instant church due to acute climatic transfusion.
Defendant D carries out personal construction business in the name of F.
